I'm fairly new to the stock market but I'm learning quick...

Penny stock. A logistics company with big plans. They own much of Michael Jackson's memorabilia and have a 2 day auction set in Vegas of 5/30 and 5/31. They just reached a court settlement with Jackson where they will pay him a portion of their profit. They also just announced that they will pay all share holders a dividend totaling 20% of their net profit from the auction. Expectations from the auction are between 20 mill and 300 mill so as long as those Jackson groupies and collectors come out of their holes, I would expect a decent return.

They also plan to use the rest of the profit to buy back a portion of their outstanding shares which, from what I am being told, will drive up the price.

Stock price is approx $.0006 but can reach $.01 or maybe even a few cents within a month, maybe less. It happened about this time last year and has the makings to do it again.

Get in and get out!!!

Might be kind of fun to buy some stock and then watch the show on the webcast.

Universal Express Inc. (OTC BB:USXP.OB - News), today insured the Jackson Family Memorabilia Collection's movement, and it has "left the building" to Las Vegas. We have previously valued the auction estimates from $30,000,000 to $200,000,000.

No one can predict the outcome of this auction, but I thought it prudent to inform our shareholders of the percentages we have budgeted for them. We have estimated a cash dividend of at least 20% of the net proceeds to our shareholders and we have estimated at least 15% of our net proceeds to a buy back of Universal Express' stock on the open market.

There are many factors and collectors which will determine the final results. Yet, at the request of many I thought these percentages needed to be memorialized.

The Charities that will also benefit from this auction are as follows:

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Make A Wish Foundation
Boys and Girls Clubs of America
Ronald McDonald House
Save the Children

On Friday I put in an order for 1,250,000 shares at $0.0006 since it varied between $0.0006 and $0.0007 all day. This morning (Monday) it went up to $0.0010. Later on it went down to $0.0008 so I put in an order for 1,000,000 shares.

I'll continue to report on how the stock does.

my concern would be selling at a profit after the auction? Are there going to be any buyers at that point?

Part of the proceeds will be used to buy back shares of stock (as mentioned in ca$hmoney's post). This should drive up the price.

there will always be buyers. Just like when football totals get driven up. everyone and their mother jumps on board regardless of how high the number is simply because everyone is on it. You just have to know when to stop being greedy and jump off.

My buddy road this stock last year when it went from $.0004 to $.08. Unfortunately for him he thought it would keep going up. he eventually sold at $.04 and made a shit load but he got greedy. Lesson learned.

Personally, I have no idea when I plan to dump but if it reaches more than .01 or .02, I'll have an itchy trigger finger that's for sure!

Still @ .0007. I was hoping the price would be on the rise by now. No major announcements either way but I was hoping that knowledgable investors would see something positive transpiring in the auction and start collecting shares.

I still haven't gotten much of a read on how the auction is fairing.

I think we have to wait until we hear some real news on the auction in order for it to jump in price.

Looks like some of the items weren't sold. In other words they were holding back.

Jackson auction nets $1.8m

A company has promised to hold another auction of singer Michael Jackson's memorabilia, saying this week's has brought in between $1.8 million and $2.4 million.
Universal Express says among the 1,100 items for sale on Wednesday and Thursday at a Las Vegas hotel were a suit that sold for more than $27,400 and a black crested jacket that went for more than $24,500.
Awards that Jackson won for the collaborative song We Are the World and the MTV Video Music Award he won for USA for Africa brought in $24,500 dollars and $23,000 respectively.
Universal Express says the final tally is still being calculated.
"The extraordinary response to the auction has prompted Universal Express to plan a second Jackson Family auction, which will feature some of the merchandise held back from this week's event, as well as many smaller, less expensive items," it said in a statement.
Universal Express had purchased thousands of Jackson family items that belonged to one of the singer's associates but were seized by creditors when the person went bankrupt.
Jackson himself initially opposed the auction before the matter was resolved amicably.
The 48-year-old singer left Neverland and spent most of the past two years in the Gulf state of Bahrain after a California court acquitted him in 2005 of child molestation charges.
He has recently moved to Las Vegas.

Tread lightly, this is a printing press company and not much more.

Good luck

Yeah, their 10Q. They have around 21 billion shares o/s as of 3-31-2007.

They had around 8 billion as of 3-31-2006.

Good God, that is the epitome of a printing press company.

I'll say it again, tread lightly. Good luck.

I don't think anyone here is planning on being with this stock long-term.

However, Isn't it typical for a stock that is trading at $0.0006/share? Actually, I should say doesn't a company have to be doing rather well in order to get that much stock sold? If it wasn't it wouldn't it have much less.

As far as the 10-Q is concerned it appears as though this company is looking to raise capital through lines of credit. Recent acquisitions have increased their revenue also.

Here is a partial of their 10-Q:

http://biz.yahoo.com/e/061113/usxp.ob10-q.html

During the three months ended September 30, 2006 operating revenues increased to $ 481,898 from $ 219,172. This increase is due mainly to the acquisition of Global Trucking Services, Inc.

Cost of revenues were $ 313,675 and $ 167,523 respectively.

Liquidity and Capital Resources - for the three months Ended September 30, 2006.

The net proceeds from investments in the Company was approximately $ 2,200,000. Approximately $ 2,415,263 was used in its operating activities.
Until the UniversalPost Network, Postal Nation, Virtual Bellhop, Luggage Express, MadPackers, USXP Capital, UniversalPost International Delivery, Universal Express Properties and the Company's other businesses, are fully developed, the Company will continue to rely on equity and debt raised to fund its operations. Management is continuing efforts to raise cash by arranging lines of credit, and obtaining additional equity capital. The Company's future business operations will require additional capital. Management is presently exploring methods to increase available credit lines as well as methods to increase working capital through both traditional and non-traditional debt services.

I could go into this long winded argument picking apart each of your points but I will spare everyone of that. Bottom line is that you have a 99% chance of losing most of your money. The ONLY way you will make money off of this piece of shit if is you get lucky and catch a pop in the next week or so. Long term, short term, any term; it's a loser.

Please, sell this tomorrow and cut your losses now before this goes to .0001 and they reverse split and start the whole thing over again. I have seen it happen too many times with companies like this with massive losses, massive dilution and no hope for any real revenue growth. They are a printing press and the only ones making money here are the ones flooding the market with shares.
